I booked my appointment online, and I got a call from a service person saying that he thought they could do those services, but he seemed a bit unsure. My services were a 40,000 mile checkup and interior detailing. I received text and email confirmations of my appointment for these services. I also got reminders. I dropped the car off the night before and left the key fob in an envelope. I wrote both of the services on the envelope. The next day (Saturday), I picked up the car and the detailing had not been done. It was too late in the day to have it done then. I called and spoke to a secretary, who left info for the service manager to call me on Monday. At 7:40 am on Monday (which seems too early to me), the service manager called me, and I told him what had happened. He did not apologize—he said that it was not done because they were using a new detailing company and weren’t sure how to bill for it. He said that if I wanted to bring the car in again, they could do the service. Regular price. No apology. We had booked the appointment weeks in advance because it is so difficult for us to bring the car in. No thank you, we will not be using Performance Chrysler ever again. What a hassle.
